BUYER / CONSUMER

The person specified during the purchase process (Full Name / Email / Phone and required billing information).

2) Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and fulfillment of the digital event ticket service purchased by the Buyer via the Seller’s website.

3) Service Details For each transaction, the following details are confirmed via the order summary / confirmation screen and confirmation email:

Event name
Event date and time
Event venue
Ticket type and quantity
Total price (VAT included)
Service fees, promotional discounts, or campaigns (if applicable)

4) Payment

Payments are processed via credit/debit card on the website through the iyzico payment infrastructure.
The Buyer confirms that the details provided during the payment step are accurate and complete.
For security purposes, the Seller reserves the right to request additional verification on suspicious transactions.

5) Delivery and Fulfillment

The product sold is a digital event ticket / admission pass. No physical delivery is made.
Once payment is completed, the ticket/admission details are sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
If the email is not received, the Buyer shall check their spam/junk folder and contact the Seller.

6) Ticket Sales, Cancellation, and Refund Policy Ticket sales are final as a rule. In cases of event cancellation or rescheduling, refund and alternative resolution procedures are carried out as follows:

Event Cancellation (by Seller): The Buyer will receive a full refund or, at the Buyer's option, admission to a rescheduled date or alternative event.
Date / Time Change: The Buyer will be notified of any changes. The Buyer may attend on the new date or request a refund within 72 hours of the notification.
Force Majeure (by Buyer): If the Buyer provides documented proof of force majeure via email at least 72 hours prior to the event start time, the ticket will be canceled and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. Force majeure notifications submitted less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
For statutory withdrawal rights and exceptions, please refer to Article 7.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Depending on bank processing cycles, reflection times on card statements may vary.

Cancellation Request Channel

Cancellation requests must be sent from the email address used during the purchase.
The request email must include: Full Name, Event Name, Order/Payment Details, and Phone Number.

7) Notice on Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to leisure activities performed on a specific date or period (entertainment or recreational services).

8) Personal Data The Buyer’s personal data is processed within the scope of the Privacy Policy and Clarification Text on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) published on the Seller’s website.

9) Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the legal monetary limits shall have jurisdiction.

10) Enforcement By confirming the order and completing the payment on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
